Another plus in this particular development is that the maintenance is managed by the builder.  Details will be in the contract when you buy.  Property in Turkey is all freehold so in most apartment blocks you will have to email all the other owners and agree with them what maintenance arrangements are going to be made.  This was hassle that we didn't want.
