Dalaman is Turkey's new designated tourist area. Currently property prices are still low, but are rising as the tourism plans take shape. Investment, rental or personal use Dalaman is the place to buy.
Care of the environment is a priority in Dalaman. Forest Glade itself is built next to a protected forest of maple trees. Outside the town centre apartment blocks can be no higher than 3 storeys, in the town centre they can be only 4 storeys. So your apartment will never be surrounded by skyscraping apartment blocks. It is a priority here that all new buildings have to be in keeping with the natural environment.
In Turkey estate agents are allowed to charge the buyer as well as the seller. They can also charge more for the property than the seller is actually asking. Click here for more information on the buying process.
Email us at sky@dalaman.com and we will put you directly in touch with the builder thus cutting out estate agent fees.
Another plus in this particular development is that the maintenance is managed by the builder. Details will be in the contract when you buy. Property in Turkey is all freehold so in most apartment blocks you will have to email all the other owners and agree with them what maintenance arrangements are going to be made. This was hassle that we didn't want.
